Scope

These terms cover using onpremworld.com and requesting quotes for, or buying, hardware and services from OnPrem World. Where a quote or contract says something different, that document applies.

Data and estimates

Specs, fit and speed estimates on this site follow a public method. They are estimates, not benchmarks or guarantees. Shelf prices are other shops' public prices on a given date, not our quotes.

Quotes and orders

A request through this site is not a contract. We send a written quote with the items, price, validity period, lead time, warranty and payment terms; an order exists only once both sides confirm it in writing. Because memory and component prices move, a quote is valid only for its stated period.

Warranty and support

Hardware warranty follows the manufacturer's or distributor's terms, itemized on your quote. The scope and response times of setup and support services are set in each contract.

Export controls and end use

Some AI hardware is subject to US and Taiwan export controls. Hardware we sell is for use in Taiwan, and business customers may be asked to sign an end-user statement before ordering. We decline any sale where we have reason to believe the hardware will be re-exported to restricted destinations or parties.

Returns and cancellation

If you buy as an individual by distance means (web, email or phone), Article 19 of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act lets you cancel within 7 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason or paying a fee. Keep the product and packaging complete and contact us to arrange the return.

A system assembled to a specification only you set may fall under a statutory exception. If it does, we will tell you in writing before you order.

Returns for business purchases follow the quote or contract.

Forum

When the forum opens we will publish community rules and a reporting and takedown process.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of estimates or data on this site; before you buy, rely on your quote and the manufacturer's specifications.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Last updated 2026-10-16.
