How Seed works

Every answer names its document. Sealed files are read only by the model on the Seed; a question someone may not see is refused and logged.

Selling Seed in your country

Partners buy an approved box from an authorised local seller, so the warranty stays local, and we install and certify it remotely for US$500 a box. No shipping or import duty from Taiwan.

How many people can use a Seed?

It answers about 3 questions at the same time. A team that asks now and then can share it; we size it to your team after a test. Many people asking at once need a Root.

Can it train our own model?

No. Seed answers from your knowledge base with an open model. Training your own model needs a Root.

Where do our sealed files go?

Nowhere: they stay on the Seed and only its local model reads them. Their answers appear only in the office web app or Teams, never through WhatsApp or LINE.

Why is the box a reference price?

Hardware prices move with the market. Your quotation fixes the price on the day you order.

Can we use a Mac we already own?

If it meets the specification, yes: we check it first and install the same tested software.
