Privacy and personal data notice

Who collects your data

OnPrem World (地端世界). Contact: alexma@painpoint-ai.com. This notice is given under Article 8 of Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act.

Why we collect it

To answer your request, prepare a quote, carry out any resulting contract and provide customer service. Specified purposes: 069 contracts and similar legal relationships; 090 consumer and customer management and services.

What we collect

The name, email, phone or LINE ID, company name and tax ID you enter in the quote form, and what you tell us about your needs (use, team size, budget, timing, notes and quote-list items). Category: C001 data identifying an individual.

How long, where, by whom and how

Period: if no order follows, we delete the request within 12 months. If you order, transaction records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Where and who: the request is emailed to our staff. Our email and email-delivery providers may store it outside Taiwan. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

How: processed electronically, only for the purposes above.

Your rights

Under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act you can ask to see your data or get a copy, add to or correct it, stop its collection, processing or use, or have it deleted. Email alexma@painpoint-ai.com.

If you do not provide it

Name and email are required; without them we cannot answer your request.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your quote list is kept only in your own browser's local storage and is not sent to us until you submit a request.

Changes

Last updated 2026-10-16. If we change this notice materially, we will say so on this page.
