Does any of our data leave the office?

No. The models run on the machine itself, and it keeps working without an internet connection. We connect it to the internet only for updates, if you want them.

Can it read the files we already have?

Yes. We connect it to your shared folders or NAS and keep each department’s files visible only to that department.

Which size do we need?

Root 24 for up to five people, Root 32 for up to ten or for very long documents. For a whole company, ask about the Team AI workstation.

Windows or Linux?

Either. Most offices pick Windows 11 Pro; we install and support the AI software on both.
