## How Seed works

1. **Your files go into vaults:** Sealed: stays on the Seed. Shared: in our cloud. Personal: each person sees only their own.
2. **Answers come with their source:** The model on the Seed answers from the sealed vault; cloud models may only use the shared one.
3. **Your people ask where they work:** Web, Teams, WhatsApp or LINE. Sealed answers appear only in the office web app or Teams.

Every answer names its document. Sealed files are read only by the model on the Seed; a question someone may not see is refused and logged.

Approved models only, bought new through the brand’s authorised channel with the warranty in your name. If you already own a suitable Mac, we can check it and use it.

## What it costs

- **Knowledge base build:** US$11,600 · NT$376,000 one fixed-price project. About 2 months: we sort your documents into vaults, set permissions, connect your channels, test and train your staff. 50% at signing, 50% at go-live.
- **Knowledge-base software:** US$250 · NT$8,000 a month. 25 seats and 2,000 cloud questions a month; extra seats US$8 each.
- **Local box service:** US$100 · NT$3,200 a month. Model updates, monitoring, sealed-vault backups and remote help.

## Selling Seed in your country

Partners buy an approved box from an authorised local seller, so the warranty stays local, and we install and certify it remotely for US$500 a box. No shipping or import duty from Taiwan.

### Can it train our own model?

No. Seed answers from your knowledge base with an open model. Training your own model needs a Root.

### Where do our sealed files go?

Nowhere: they stay on the Seed and only its local model reads them. Their answers appear only in the office web app or Teams, never through WhatsApp or LINE.

### Why is the box a reference price?

Hardware prices move with the market. Your quotation fixes the price on the day you order.

### Can we use a Mac we already own?

If it meets the specification, yes: we check it first and install the same tested software.
